Beautiful Injuries

Injectable cosmetology (popularly "beauty injections") is a branch of aesthetic medicine and an integral part of modern methods of rejuvenation and prevention of aging.
The use of injection techniques is aimed at solving a variety of tasks: to smooth wrinkles and folds, fill in missing volumes and provide a lifting effect, correct facial asymmetry, improve skin quality and color, reduce pigmentation, abnormal vascular network and acne, restore water-lipid skin. Of course, to understand the indications for injection procedures and at what age they are very difficult, especially if you are still very young and it seems that it is too early to resort to such serious procedures. It is important to note that injections, as well as any cosmetic procedures in principle, should be done not in accordance with any age categories, but only according to the indications!
In the case of injection techniques - everything is very individual !!! BASIC INJECTION METHODS AND THEIR PURPOSE

The word itself comes from the Latin "bio" (life) and "revitalization" (recovery). In the general sense, biorevitalization includes all methods of rejuvenation, which by subcutaneous or intradermal administration of biologically active substances improve the state of the extracellular matrix.
These are drugs based on which only hyaluronic acid, or its combination with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, plant extracts - in this case, the method is called biorepair.

EFFECT OF Biorevitalization
The magic of hyaluronic acid is its ability to attract and retain water due to its high molecular weight. Its huge role in moisturizing the skin has already been scientifically proven. Due to this property, preparations based on "hyaluronic acid" saturate the skin with moisture, making it more protected from the effects of aggressive environmental factors and microorganisms, giving it elasticity and a healthy appearance.
Bioreparents also act on fibroblasts, activating intracellular processes, accelerating the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.

The skin is smoothed and its elasticity increases. Facial color improves, pigment spots and wrinkles become less noticeable or disappear completely, stretch marks are reduced.
WHEN TO BEGIN the biorevitalization procedure
Injections of biorevitalizers are used for visible rejuvenation of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté, arms and any other parts of the body that the patient wants to "revive".
This is one of the most effective methods of preventing photoaging and restoring the skin's hydrolipid mantle after being in the sun or after a frosty winter.
The first manifestation of age-related changes is the loss of skin moisture. This process is associated with the failure of protective barriers, and with the physiological age-related decrease in the synthesis of hyaluronic acid. In the early stages, we can cope only with external means, depending on genetic characteristics, but only up to 30. Then, starting at age 35, there comes a time when you need to start "preventing" aging. Yes, that's right: starting to work with the skin on time and regularly - at least 2 times a year to "biorevitalize" it, you can significantly slow down all age-related changes.
Hyaluronic acid deposited in the skin breaks down naturally and is excreted from the body, so the result after a course of procedures with three injections lasts an average of 4-6 months. And this term depends not only on a preparation, but also on individual features of an organism and a way of life - smoking, sunlight, ultrasonic waves, etc. Accelerate the breakdown of hyaluronic acid. In addition, new generation drugs, such as Biorevitalization Profile provide hydration for up to 6 months after a double procedure. The same technique can be used for the neck, décolleté and hands.

POSSIBLE Side effects after biorevitalization:
Hyaluronic acid is complementary to the body and completely safe.

POSSIBLE Side effects of Mesotherapy
As a rule, an allergic reaction to drug components is rare and passes over time. To avoid all this, the dermatologist finds out in advance whether there is a predisposition to allergies, and conducts skin tests.

CONTOUR PLASTIC - introduction of Filler
Contouring is the introduction of drugs called fillers into the problem area. Fillers are ready-made fillers in the form of gels of various degrees of viscosity, natural or synthetic origin, which can in many cases replace surgical plastic. Thus techniques of introduction of fillers into skin can be the most various: a microneedle directly under a wrinkle, by means of a thin conductor - a cannula, a technique of vector lifting.

When it helps:
With skillful injections, you can tighten the oval face, hide nasolabial folds or remove bags under the eyes, restore lip volume and correct their asymmetry, remove bumps, raise the corners of the eyebrows for a more expressive look, raise the corners of the lips, which fall with age. With the help of fillers, you can even adjust the shape of the nose or chin, "remove" the finely wrinkled mesh in the cheeks and, in addition, significantly improve the quality of the skin.
It is important to understand that it is impossible to choose such a drug in absentia. They differ in composition, viscosity and concentration of hyaluronic acid, as well as the presence of other active ingredients.
The dermatologist selects the right drug and the option of its introduction, based on many factors: the general condition of the skin, the severity and depth of wrinkles and their location, the anatomical structure of the face, age and predisposition to allergies.
How it works

As adipose tissue decreases, the skin loses elasticity and sags. Fillers fill these voids and folds, thus smoothing wrinkles, strengthening and improving the tissue structure. The current composition is different:
Hyaluronic acid. The safest filler, as a similar substance is produced in our body. Hyaluronic acid retains moisture and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.

Plus, the result is reversible. So the asymmetry or too voluminous lips can be corrected: the doctor will simply introduce hyaluronidase, which quickly breaks down hyaluronic acid.
Collagen. There are two varieties: synthetic and animal. The main advantage of this filler is that the face after such plastic looks natural.
Poly-L-lactic acid (AestheFill) is a biocompatible synthetic substance. Filler stimulates the synthesis of its own collagen, due to which there is a pronounced rejuvenating effect. The result is not noticeable immediately, but after a course of injections - after 2 months, with a gradual increase in effects.

How long does the effect last
Biodegradable fillers last the least. Thus, collagen of animal origin begins to break down in a month and the result, respectively, disappears.
Hyaluronic acid injections will have to be repeated in an average of 6-9 months. Fillers with poly-L-lactic acid - up to 12-14 months.
Fillers can have a variety of names. However, it is more important not to brand, but to understand what kind of filler you need.

When to start doing
With regard to contouring - a rhetorical question, because the goals, objectives and possibilities of the technique are quite wide: that is, in the presence of aesthetic defects or as they appear, but not earlier than 18 years.

Side effects
In the hands of a professional, side effects from contouring with high-quality certified drugs are extremely rare. In addition to the allergic reaction, which often occurs on the filler of animal origin, may be "manifested" hypercorrection syndrome. In this case, the introduction of the drug Hyaluronidase - an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid.
Beauty injections will really bring the desired result only if they are selected and made by a competent and experienced doctor, and the patient follows all his recommendations. To live up to expectations:
Discuss the possible risks and consequences, alternatives, preparation for injections and skin care after the procedure.
In general, do not hesitate to express all your doubts and real expectations.

Remember the contraindications. The list is long: from mild SARS to diabetes and tumors. Almost all injections are prohibited during pregnancy and lactation. If you are prone to allergies, it is better to do an allergy test.
Make sure that you are offered drugs approved in Ukraine. You can check which neurotoxins are registered with us in the State Register of Medicines. Biorevitalizants and fillers can be found on the website of Ukrspotrebnadzor.
Do not forget that all injection procedures should be performed in a treatment room with an antiseptic regimen to prevent infection.
In our clinic, compliance with all the above conditions for the successful implementation of all injectable aesthetic techniques is guaranteed.
